Very very rare stepup transformer , model TR351. Input 600ohm and output is 60Kohm, you can use it for CD line transformer as well as MC step up transformer.

It is special order made for NHK device. Primary is 600ohm (CT) , secondary is 60K ohm, step up ratio is 1:10 or 1:15. Best matching with DL-103 series or EMT cartridge.
