Extra rare Peerless A428B preamplifier, Input transformer is 4629, output transformer is 16287. I dont change anything to original schematic, just add power supply for it. Wooden case is red oak wood.

Prestage tube and secondary tube is 12AY7(12AT7). You can change tube to 12AU7, 12AX7 without any change.

Gain is 10db, response frequency is 10~70K Hz. Gain is very very high so you can use this for preamp or LCR amplifier.

Power supply is separated with amplifier part. Now it is set at 110v input.
